The Police Department welcomes tours of its facility to school and community groups, including boy/girl scout troops and other organizations. Tours typically take 1 hour, and can comfortably accommodate up to 20 people at a time.
Our tours include the Records Division, Administration, the Investigations Bureau, Jail & Booking, Exercise facility, and Training areas. We also take the group through our Police cars, and explain all the equipment we carry, and why.
If your group has a special purpose, such as earning a merit badge or other award, please let us know when you schedule the tour and we will do our best to accommodate you.
