All Other Payments

You can now pay your Parking Tickets/Business Licenses/Permits/Property Violation/Fees by using your credit, or debit card by selecting one of the options below.

PSN is our approved credit card provider for taking payments on behalf of the City of Zion. Any other bill paying providers/services used to pay your City of Zion bills will result in a delay of your account being credited.

Please allow up to forty-eight (48) hours for your account to be credited, or if your online bill payer is remitting a check to the City of Zion allow 5-10 business days for the check to be received by the City of Zion.

Download “PSN Payments” from the App Store off Google Play for UTILITY BILL payments only.
Go online to register before using the app by clicking the Pay Utility Bill button above. Once you have registered, use your login credentials for the app. The app is FREE.

CALL TO PAY

Utility (Water) bill payments, call 1-877-885-7968. On the first call, you will register on our automated phone payment systems so that future payments are just 4 steps.
All other payments, call 1-866-917-7368 – Credit/Debit Card Payment Options only.

NOTE: Viewing your utility (water) bill and balance due is a FREE service that will be COMING SOON!
Convenience fees apply to electronic payments: $1.00 for e-check and savings;
2.75% (+50¢ if less than $100) for credit and debit card payments.
